The bottom line is! Without Malcolms intervention we would not be in our new home! After a truly ‘panto’ performance/farce from our Spanish Mortgage lender of ‘Only’ fourteen years. To be told at the eleventh hour! “Sorry your application has been turned down on this occasion!” Our house sold! (No where to live!) Malcolm was at our door seventeen hours later after our phone call to him! Fourteen days later were in our new home! The minuscule fixed fee sorted the insurance requisites.
