Adam was amazing, as a first time buyer he walked me through everything and even supported with some general questions around the process, checking in to see how everything was going even after he’d secured my mortgage. He went above and beyond to get the best rate. 100% recommend, also very friendly which helped ease any stresses I had throughout the process.
Amazing support and advice from Jason Loft. As a solo FTB, the whole process was a complete unknown. Jason made me feel at ease from the beginning and talked me through the whole process clearly - answering questions that I didn't even know I had. Following an accepted offer, Jason was extremely helpful outlining the process and all of the things that needed to be done from there. Jason and the team then very quickly assessed all of my documents and had my mortgage application submitted within a week (then approved a week later). I couldn't recommend Jason and the UK Moneyman team enough. Very fairly priced too for the work completed - with no payment required until after the mortgage application was approved.

Jason and the team were great with me throughout the entire process and made the experience as a first-time buyer as stress-free as possible. The thing I appreciated the most was how candid and open they were with some properties I was interested in, clearly laying out the reasons long-term potential downsides. And when I found the one, they were once again incredibly supportive and on-the-ball with responses. Whilst you do have to pay an additional one-off fee, it does work out better in the long-run as they'll get you a better mortgage and in general be on-hand to help you whenever you need.

Malcolm and the team have been incredible. We couldn't recommend them enough - always happy to help and answer questions, no matter how stupid! I'd highly recommend having a chat with Malcolm as he'll put you at ease - from beginning to work together it took around 5 weeks for us to have a mortgage accepted. Well worth the fee.

I'd highly recommend using Manchester Moneyman; of all the costs that come with buying a property, having an active mortgage broker certainly felt like the one which was of best value. As first time buyers, Malcolm and the team provided step-to-step guidelines on the house buying process and were very prompt when answering any questions (even if not directly related to the mortgage).
We had a tricky situation with our lender and their valuers which caused a delay, but a number of the team at Moneyman got involved in chasing and pulling out all the stops to get our deal over the line. Thanks to all involved. We have used Moneyman for four mortgage placements now and would certainly recommend.
