From the initial enquiry stage to the completion I felt like I was dealing with people who had my best interests at heart.
My initial phone conversation with Michael was reassuring and had a personal touch rather than the expected generic client approach you get used to receiving from such companies. Then Malcolm went out of his way to visit me at home and ensure I had the best advice to suit my personal circumstances (really appreciated and heartening).
Then all throughout the process I was well informed by the girls in the office (Paula & Suzanne) who were friendly, informative and responsive to any queries I had.
I would reccommend these guys without any hesitation ….. brilliant team of people with a pro-active and personal approach to their clients!
