Malcolm was extremely helpful from start to finish. Initially he sourced a mortgage at a considerably lower rate than we found ourselves, and after talking us through various options he processed our application without any bother to ourselves.
Malcolm then went on to recommend a fantastic solicitor and also sort our insurances.
Most importantly though, Malcolm and his team really helped us when our mortgage application became complicated (due to various issues on the vendors side) – without Malcolm and his team we wouldn’t have been able to turn the mortgage around so quickly.
