Very knowledgable re the market and mortgages available. Friendly and approachable. Spend a lot of time helping us, but our deposit changed at the last minute and it turned out to be cheaper for us to complete paperwork ourselves. Malcolm helped us with best mortgage to go for and didn’t charge us! Very happy with service and will definately use Malcolm to remortgage when our current rate runs out and would happily recommend him to friends and family. Overall very happy with service provided.
