Very knowledgable re the market and mortgages available. Friendly and approachable. Spend a lot of time helping us, but our deposit changed at the last minute and it turned out to be cheaper for us to complete paperwork ourselves. Malcolm helped us with best mortgage to go for and didn’t charge us!
