Very knowledgable re the market and mortgages available. Friendly and approachable. Spend a lot of time helping us, but our deposit changed at the last minute and it turned out to be cheaper for us to complete paperwork ourselves. Malcolm helped us with best mortgage to go for and didn’t charge us! Malcolm and his team were very helpful in getting us a mortgage. They were very efficient and were brilliant at helping with queries we had with our lender.

we originally tried to get a mortgage with our own building society, but in the end Malcolm knew more about their lending criteria than the building society and helped us avoid an unnecessary search.
