Need a quick Mortgage Agreement in Principle?

Many of my colleagues have previously worked in Banks and Building Societies. They remark on how long it can take to get an appointment with a Mortgage Advisor. Apparently, it can be anything from a few days to several weeks. Not exactly what I would class as responsive when you need a quick Mortgage Agreement in Principle.

This is where we set ourselves apart. We have Advisors available for same-day appointments. Therefore, if you have booked a viewing on a house and want to see what kind of mortgage you qualify for you can speak with a CeMap qualified expert here at short notice.

Our online process is quick and easy to start. Assessing the basic information you’ve provided, we can quickly recommend the most suitable Lender for your circumstances. The Lender will need to do a credit check but it’s not unusual for us to be able to obtain a quick Mortgage Agreement in Principle for you, even on the same day as your initial enquiry.

Once your mortgage is agreed, you are then in a stronger position to make an offer. You will be better placed than other people viewing the property who have not taken this step. And the Estate Agent can put your offer forward as a “qualified purchaser”, e.g. you are in a good position from which to proceed.

Hopefully being ahead of the game will lead to a successful negotiation on the asking price if you decide to make an offer!
